Catalunya

One of the main questions that I came across when starting this blog was whether the street communication would manage to go beyond the normal urban culture and would aim international causes as Hamburg is a pretty international city.
After the Referendum on the 1st of October and specially with the arrest of the former Catalan president on the 25th of March, several signs have been continuously appearing on the streets such as Catalan flags on windows and balconies or simply painted on street signs.

The whole discussion about it in Germany has been lively debated raising some interesting ethical questions about the influence of politics in the justice system as well as the conflict between courts with different missions and powers, namely the International Human Rights Court in Geneve, the regional Court in Schleswig-Holstein or the Spanish Constitutional Court.
And with it, streets have also reacted and here just a couple of examples of it.
