French impressions
After a three week holiday in Britanny, France, I am back to Hamburg full of impressions and feelings.
Having stayed in Saint Malo, an historical city presenting outstanding cleaning standards and perfect maintenance of the buildings, it was barely impossible to see any stickers or street art around.
But a day trip to Rennes has revealed an intesively creative activity which goes from the manipulation of public signs to political goal but always with a strong and seductive design.
This last one has called me particularly attention, as I have found several attempts to change the city landscape through objects and someone has decided to spread red roses on people's windows.
Soon I will be back to good old Hamburg themes.
