Grosse Brunnenstrasse |
Once in Germany you easily notice that Germans love their dogs. Either in a restaurant or in a supermarket, not forgetting public transportation, it is not uncommon at all to find someone with a dog on a public space. In many parks there are even special places for dogs to run, equipped with the most varying sort of structures exclusively built for them. When renting an appartment and having a dog, you are often proposed a second contract for the dog conditions inside the same.
According to
some statistics germans have even spent more money with dogs food rather than with baby food.
But with such a dedicated love, there is also quite some abuse by dog owners who do not really respect the basic hygiene of the city and do not care about picking up their poop as well as letting them do it everywhere.
As expected, there are several signs a bit all over the city to call people's awareness to it;
